Was impressed with the overall process. Jon was very responsive, and all backup personnel were on top of the details when Jon was unavailable. I liked that a single person was assigned to the transaction, so always knew who to speak with. Made the process much more personal.

Had no difficulty finding a carrier, and was well within the requested dates/times. The driver was very helpful on the pickup, given that my older parents did not have any prior experience with this type of situation.

I also was pleased that when the quote came back slightly higher than expected, Magic Carpet worked with me to bring more into alignment with the original expectation.

Delivery time was perfect, and the driver was prompt when indicating an expected arrival.

All-in-all, would definitely use Magic Carpet again.
