They were all about communicating until the deposit was taken. Then all contact was me reaching out and doing their job. I had the amount raised from the quote by $100. Calls were always answered with the response 'I just got out of a meeting, my desk is in shambles, I have no idea what the answer is.'. They let the carrier make the pick up person drive an hour to a more conveneint place. The day before delivery I had to track them down and got a 'yes they are on time'. My support appointments and ride were set up for that day due to thier confirmation. Two days later I finally had to figure out the carrier's number and call them myself to find out where my vehicle was. Then when it finally showed up i was blown away with the fact I wasn't informed I was paying the carrier in cash which caused quite the delay considering I was on foot by myself to recieve it out on the interstate.
