Poor driver communication

I didn't have the best experience with shipping my vehicle. The truck driver (of Pride Auto Shipping), stated he'd show up Sunday afternoon. Then he called and said he wouldn't make it until 8pm on Sunday. Then at 9 pm called and said he was still miles away and wouldn't make it until Monday afternoon. To make a long story short, he finally showed up Monday night and demanded I drive my car to some random parking lot 5 miles away in order to load the car. So two days spent waiting around is quite aggravating.

To be fair, the Magic Carpet folks were very pleasant on the phone and willing to help as much as they could. I just wish they'd picked a better driver.
