Sue was a life saver. I was a bit confused as to the process and wasn't able to get satisfaction with some others but, after Sue was assigned to my account, everything calmed down and went off according to plan. She sure knew how things worked and took the time to explain things in detail. She was very honest about everything which was so very reassuring.

I would recommend you call her directly rather than deal with any other company.
