I had trouble with two other shipping companies and the shipment of my car was delayed by almost two weeks. I chose Magic Carpet as my third separate company to ship my car. I admit I was desperate to get my car moving, but Felicia took excellent care of the transport for me. I first talked to her late in the day on a Monday, the car was picked up by Wednesday night and delivered to me on Saturday all the way from New Mexico to Illinois. I could not be happier with the customer focus and customer support I got from Felicia. The next time I need to move a car, I'll call Magic Carpet first, and ask for Felicia!

Yes, 1 Flat Rate had shown your vehicle available on Central without your approval and then Creative Rides had you sitting on their freight board for 1.5 weeks with no feedback. Another example on how the lowest quote got your order placed...but not dispatched or picked up. Pete, you saw first hand how important it is to work with Magic carpet (an industry leader in transporting). I look forward to working with you again!
