Great experience for a newbie

Having never transported a vehicle before, I had NO idea where to start. I stumbled onto this website and again was lost. I found that Magic Carpet had numerous 5 star reviews along with some of their sister companies. I was skeptical of all the good reviews, figuring they gave a discount if you left a good reviews (other companies did this). I read several reviews about the honesty displayed by ASHLEY MOSS and decided she was my girl.

I called ASHLEY and informed her that our car would need to transfer from VA to AZ and that I had no idea how this process worked. I was informed in detail how the process worked from pricing to dispatch to drivers. She never made a promise or guarantee which I appreciated. She was honest that the quote was just that a quote and it would fluctuate with the supply and demand of drivers in my area.

Ashley stayed in contact through e-mails and phone calls on a regular basis and I had no trouble reaching her or a co-worker to answer my question. She called us despite having MONO and even called us on the way to a funeral.....that is what I call personal attention. Our car was picked up on the date and time the driver stated and he was extremely friendly and experienced. Our friends will be receiving the car for us, so I cannot comment on the condition or arrival time, but do not foresee an issue due to the professionalism I have experienced thus far. I would highly recommend Ashley and Magic Carpet to anyone who wants a fair market price, no promises/gimmicks, and a honest prospective of what car transport entails.
