More concerned over getting 5-star rating than serving us

A mistake was made on the availability date of our vehicle. Once we noticed and called to complain it still took a time to get our car shipped and thus arrived 2 days late forcing us to spend over $100 extra on a rental car. Instead of showing concern for the arrival of our vehicle on time, he told us it would cost $50 more than originally quoted and then had the gall instead to ask us for a 5-star rating. Upon hearing from the trucker when we arrived in our new city that the delivery would be late as suspected, we called our contact person and left a message. He never called us back. He did call, however, a few days later to ask again for that 5 star rating. He never even asked about our car or how the transport went. He seemed much more interested in his reviews than in the service we were receiving.
