This is my first time to ship a car and I was not comfortable with it at all. I'd like to thank Sue at Magic Carpet and the carrier Exotic auto transport, my car arrived in CT on the date I hope without damage.
To be honest, it is not a pleasant experience at all. I contacted several brokers back in April and got a quote around $600 to have my car shipped in June. Since I do not know where I can pick up the car yet, the brokers told me to call them back when the time is closer. When I called them in May, they gave me a different quote around $800. I used one of them first but I had a hard time finding the person in charge of my case after he placed the order for me. Therefore, I agreed to use Magic Carpet when Kelly called. She explained to me how things work in her company, and canceled the previous order for me so that i am not double booking with other company. She promised that she'll find me a carrier but unfortunately, I lost contact with her after she placed my order as well. I called Magic Carpet the next week and they told me she quit the job. They transfer the case to Sue and her assistant Loyd, who kindly helped me out with locating another carrier, Exotic Auto Transport. The carrier said that they'll have the driver call me to confirm the pick up time a day before. However, I didn't get any phone call until the morning of the scheduled pick up date. The driver was late for about 3 hours from the scheduled pick up time without any contact. Anyway, long story short, I had to make several calls to schedule the pick up time and it was late for about 2 hours, too.
Overall, I'm still happy with the car arrive in CT safely.

Yes, your order could have gone a bit smoother as we did have an employee quit mid order; however we did keep working it behind the scenes and were able to secure the carrier in your time frame. I'm giggling just a bit because Lloyd is actually my manager not my assistant and I'm just hoping he's getting a giggle out of it too. haha It's been our pleasure working with you!
