My overall experience was good, The car was picked up a day earlier than I expected which caused some confusion but it worked out. At this time the car has yet to be delivered so I can not comment on delivery condition and time of arrival. There were errors in addresses with the initial set up and although I called to correct, the driver did not receive the corrections which did cause quite a bit of confusion.
