Susan was very helpful through the process. She explained the way the process worked clearly to me and answered my numerous questions. The fact there were so many positive reviews on this site also helped assuage my concerns.

Susan and Magic Carpet followed through even though we faced some difficulties. The first company which was selected cancelled basically on the same day after we had waited more than 8 hrs for pick up. Susan ensured we had a different operator the next day and our car was delivered without any problems. Magic Carpet has said they will no longer use the initial operator. In addition, Magic Carpet reduced their fee in order for the cost to be the same with the new operator. On the whole, I felt the service was very competent and honest. However, I think Magic Carpet is growing and could use more staff.

sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-834-2900 Hi SK, yes, sometimes we can get very busy as we are not only out to get your order, but we also provide the best customer service possible throughout the transport. Sometimes, just not enough hours in the day, but somehow we DO make it happen. And yes, it wasn't very professional of that 1st carrier to cancel last minute. We also were not pleased and will definitely not use again!!! Thanks for the great review and also for your patience throughout the process.
