Magic Carpet was great. Sue was very helpful and communication was great. The actual transporter's communication was pretty poor, but this was not Sue's fault or Magic Carpet's. There was no way to reach the driver, and he was later to pick up the car than expected. He arrived to pick up the car several hours later than expected, but he did arrive on the same day. Luckily the gentleman that was selling me the car was home all day. When I was trying to cooridnate a time for the dropoff of the car, the driver kept asking me why I wasn't available to meet him earlier in the day..."Are you traveling? Are you going to be at work?" etc. I didn't really think he needed to know why I was unavailable...just that I was. When he dropped off the car, I wasn't home. My wife met him and said that he was very pleasant, and the car arrived with no damage. He arrived only 30 minutes late, which isn't bad. It's not easy to predict traffic around Chicago. It was dirty from being in an open trailer, but that's to be expected.

Unfortunately not all drivers have the best communication skills, but that's one of the reasons I'm there for the whole transport. But thank you further for differentiating between me and the carrier. It really was a pleasure having you as a customer.
