I had a wonderful experience with this company. I've never had a vehicle shipped before, but I've heard quite a few horror stories, and I was expecting a really stressful experience - not so! Sue was incredibly friendly and attentive, and she was extremely helpful from day one. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The driver arrived within a day of the estimated pick-up date and my car was delivered three days later without any problems at all. Communication was frequent, dates were reliable, and Sue was a great source of information. Thanks to her, this whole process went much more smoothly than I ever imagined it would! I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport a second time, and I'd be glad to recommend them to anyone else.
