I previously had contacting Showtime Auto Transport and had a very poor experience in acquiring transport for this vehicle. their total lack of communication and customer care made me extremely nervous and Leary about letting another company being considered. I located Magic Carrpet and read reviews and decided to try call. Susan Garrison was the contact person, whose expertise and courteous customer skills quieted most of the fears and concerns Ihad with Showtime (Micheal J and Sophie) could learn a lot from the way this transport company handles their business! My car was picked up 2 days earlier which was awesome because Showtime had missed my original date to have it shipped. My VW Bug arrived early in Portland at a convenient location in undated and excellent condition. The Driver, David communicated with me several times and was always willing and helpful on questions and arranging a pick up time at was convenient for me! Kudo's to Magic Carpet and to Suesan and staff! Suesan is deserving of company recognition and a well deserved bonus or paid vacation time!! thank you for turning this nightmare around for me!!
