No problems with my auto transport. The customer service was courteous and very knowledgeable and explained the auto transport process very well. One day before the pickup date, the first driver that was assigned to me cancelled because I wasn't able to answer my cell phone and confirm the order. Magic Carpet was able to find a replacement driver for the same day. The driver that picked up/delivered my car was prompt, on time, very careful, no problems. It was an in-state delivery so my dad got the car the next day. overall a good experience.
