I had the pleasure of having Casey Jackson of Magic Carpet help me transport my car from NYC to California.

I was quoted 1200 - at the end the driver requested $1400 - $ that was appropriate for the amount of customer service and respect I received.

His company was the third car transport broker that I have had contact with in my lifetime.

The first company transported my car from Cali to NYC and told me that I "heard what I wanted to hear" ; when I asked about the discrepancy between the advertised transportation time and when they failed to bring my car for 3 weeks.

The second company failed to locate a driver for 1 week and that's when I contacted Casey.

Casey Jackson was very courteous and professional. I called him on a Friday out of desperation because my flight to Cali was Monday AM (while the previous broker didn't even attempt for 1 week). He located a driver for us and the car was picked up Monday PM. The driver showed up on time for the pickup. The driver took the initiative to contact me when delayed occurred (car broke down, weather). The car was picked up 4/16/12 PM and arrive 4/24/12 AM safe and sound.

This was by far the best car shipping experience I've had. And I wish all the other car transport broker can do what Casey Jackson” (360) 834-2900 did.
