Transport arrived one day late after promising to come on time. Numerous phone calls to owner by driver: first arranging pickup, than canceling pickup, first thing in the morning, than later. Owner was upset with all the scheduling! Dispatcher called at 2:00 to inform me that the car has been loaded and on the way. Car has not been delivered yet - comment about how the delivery went later.
