From the first communication, I found Magic Carpet Auto Transport to be professional, personable, and thorough. They told me what to expect and gave me contact information for the company responsible for picking up my vehicle. During the whole process they stayed in phone contact, checking in often to make sure I had complete information. Overall I would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport and its representative, Sue Garrison, highly and I look forward to working with them in the future as the need occurs.

There did end up being some major problems at the delivery which was beyond my control. I really am hoping it all gets resolved without more issues.
