I used Magic Carpet last fall to send our car to Idaho and it went very well. I reached out to them again to get a quote. The pricing was right. Admittedly there seems to be some vagueness about the quoted price vs the actual price, but Sue Garrison was most courteous and took the time to explain it very clearly. The transport happened on the same day (which was the first day the car was available), and went for the quoted price - which is presumably a testament to Magic Carpet's business reputation with the transporters, as well as Magic Carpet's accuracy of quotes. Sue's follow up and customer service was great and much appreciated. I don't think it could've gone any smoother or easier - what a great experience!
