I contacted Magic Carpet to have an extended wheelbase F-350 shipped.On Oct,16 2007 the carrier arrived to load the vehicle,but said he couldn't haul the vehiclel because of the size.Prior to him refusing to take the vehicle I paid $199.00 to Magic Carpet by electronic check.Magic Carpet put the vehicle up for dispatch again after I told them what happened.A week later Oct,23 2007 I notified Magic Carpet to cancel the order and issue a refund.I contacted a different carrier, the vehicle was picked up the following day and delivered 3 days later.After calling numerous times I have yet to receive the refund and today is Dec,20 2007.I would not use them again.There are other reviews here which indicate the same problem when it comes to issuing refunds.Very poor business practices.

This customer didn't let us know of add on equipment and the extra cab space. We sent a truck out and because of the customer we weren't able to pick it up. Our Terms and conditions clearly states that when a client gives us false and misleading information about the vehicle they are trying to transport, and we send a carrier out that can't take the load based on information provided by the client then there is a fee.
