Not only did the car arrived damaged, but when Magic Carpet told me that they would give me the name of the insurance company for the carrier- BK Transport Company- they never called and every time I have tried to reach Magic Carpet since they put me on hold and never pass through my call. This is egregious and dishonest service. Use them if you want to, but you have many choices This company would be my LAST choice. A scam and they treat people poorly when the inevitable mishaps occur- not even providing the basic information they promise they will.
