Anna from Magic Carpet was a pleasure to work with. She kept me up to date with the progress of my car being shipped, she was very transparent and answered all my questions. Great customer service experience I would l use Magic Carpet next and every time!
This was the second time in 12 months that I had to ship my car cross country. The 1st time my experience could not have worse other then if my car had been lost or stolen. I was lied to from the beginning, my car was delivered with damage needless to say it was a terrible experience. Thankfully Anna and Magic Carpet made me forget about that.
Truly a 1st class experience. Thank you Anna!
