Originially I had booked National Auto Transport and after 3 weeks of waiting for them to find a driver, decided to cancel my order. National was horrible about returning phone calls and told me "if you offer the driver some extra cash, he might come quicker." I was upset and turned off by their lack of professionalism so decided to book with another carrier.

While Magic Carpet's quote was slightly higher than other carriers, it was worth every cent. Kaleigh made me feel confident in their services and took the time to really explain all the in's and out's of this business. We offered a driver $300 extra dollars to come in a 3 day business window. While it wasn't possible to find someone to come that quickly (and Kaleigh made sure I knew that it wasn't a guaranteed thing that they could rush deliver it) someone was able to come by the 4th day after booking (and Kaleigh made sure the driver knew they wouldn't be receiving the extra $300 rush bonus).

I believe we booked an uncovered truck but the truck that came was actually covered and so that was a nice surprise. Alamo was the driving company and they were very friendly and responsive, when I called to check in.

My car was delivered on time, to the exact minute, and the driver even gave me $10 cash to get it washed. He apologized that my car was dusty and said he wanted to have it washed for me but couldn't get the large truck in that area so instead apologized and gave me cash, so I could go and have it washed. I have never had a driver off that to me before and I was very grateful.

Overall, it was a great experience. Again, this company is slightly more costly than the other quotes that I got but honestly worth it. I will be using Magic Carpet again.
