Before I placed the order online, Sheila responded very fast and answered my question. After that, it has been my biggest nightmare. Sheila told me care would got picked up on March1or 2. But they came on 6th. I was told its due to the mid-west tornado. And then Sheila told me on phone the delivery date could be around 13/14. I waited couple days and called her on 16th. She didn’t answer and wouldn’t return any of my e-mails. Not a single one. And when I called her again like everyday, she told me my car will arrive at CA on 17th.

Again, it didn’t arrive. Today is 20th and I still don’t see my car. Didn’t even know where my car is. She told me the driver got a heart attack. During these my anxious days, I called the driver picking my car in MA and he said he transferred my car to another driver. I called the second driver and didn’t get answer at all. During all these processes, Sheila didn’t intend to keep any black-and-white record. Only on phone. She kept saying she will contact the dispatch of the transportation company or ask them to contact me. I just wanna know where my car is and a delivery date. But nothing. No one contacted me.

All I am feeling is “No one knows where my car is”. Even the MC contract notified no guarantee of delivery date. But at least someone let me know where my car is now.
Today is 22 March. I haven’t got my car. Please ignore all good reviews of MC. Think about what I am going thru! Every day for me is very miserable and anxious……….
1. Didn’t respond to you and return the messages till you call them a thousand times.
2. Didn’t know where your car is
3. Many unexpected excuses.
4. And they charge more than others.
5. I haven’t got my car. Today is 22 March.
My name is Lisa. Magic Carpet Auto Transport order# 1647718.

FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR YOUR FREE QUOTE CALL AND ASK FOR SHEILA SPECIFICALLY at 360-991-4756 or email me at sheila@magiccarpetautotransport.com.... WOW, I am truly at a lose for words. Not only is this review full of mistruths about contact which makes me a bit angry but your lack of compassion for another human being during tragedy and suffering chills me deep inside. I truly pray you never have to go through what this driver and his family has had to endure. The day you placed your order you said it was available for pick up as of March 3rd. It takes 1-7 days to get a vehicle dispatched and picked up and we had it picked up by March 6th (3 days time). I told you at the time trucks were moving slower in the surrounding areas due to the tornados in the midwest and mid eastern states. I was in contact with you this whole time. I confirmed your pick up and told you the carrier was estimating delivery around March 13/14 if all went well, which he confirmed with you when he picked it up. On the 12th I tried to contact the carrier and could not reach him but did let you know I would keep trying. This contact was on my initiation as my phone indicates. The morning of the 13th we received a call stating the carrier had had a heart attack and they were doing their best to get another driver sent to the area the original driver was hospitalized at so he could continue with the load. The drivers dispatch called you at this time and let you know this (which you even state yourself) This did take longer than they had anticipated but he made it and headed out. You were contacted through out all of this. I touched bases with this carriers dispatch yesterday to see what the new time frame looked like and I was told she would call the driver and once she knew she would let me and you know. Dispatch for carrier left me a voicemail stating it would be delivered on Thursday, March 22nd and stated she would call you and also let you know. Dispatcher called me back and said you had not answered your phone so she left you a voicemail letting you know when it would be delivered. Today you called while I was in an appointment and could not be reached except via text at which time we texted back and forth about the situation and delivery. You did not seem to care one bit about the carrier who had the heart attack, just kept stating how miserable you were without your vehicle and how much you were suffering. Not one ounce of compassion for the poor man who almost lost his life. Nor did you have the decency or compassion to ask about how he was doing. When a vehicle is more important than the welfare and recovery of another human being something is wrong. At Magic Carpet Auto Transport many of our carriers are like family and even if we do not know them on a close personal lever we care for their well being. We care that that mans wife, children, family and friends were all dealing with possibly losing their loved one. We cared that you were not getting your car but at this point it was something NO ONE could change and everyone was doing their best and still are to get you your vehicle as quickly as possible. I hope you really think about how very badly you have maligned, the carrier, Magic Carpet Auto Transport and myself with your mistruths but even more than that I pray you reach deep within and find some compassion and understanding and that you personally NEVER had to face such a situation and find someone just does not care except for themselves. I will follow up tomorrow with the carrier to make sure he is still on schedule to deliver on Thursday and let you know as soon as I do.  ~Sheila~
