The whole process is way faster than I expected. Tom is a great guy and is a very responsible person. I got my car within one week in perfect condition. Door to door service, except I have to go to somewhere else to pick up the car because the truck can not drive into downtown area, which I totally understand. I paid him exactly the price on the quote, and no one asked me to pay more. Tom said, if you have any problem with the carrier, just contact me, I'll negotiate with them. Thanks Tom!
