Shipping a car purchased in Texas that I had not seen before created anxiety, but working with Fellicia Bond at Magic Carpet Auto Transport was a pleasure and took away my worries. I had done some research earlier and knew that when I put the request online I'd be bombarded by brokers and I was right. Using an online rating site and the BBB helped me decide on Magic Carpet Auto Transport but not until I talked with Heather and she went to work and found a hauler at a price that matched a lower price from other firms who did not have as stellar a reputation.

She had our car pick-up scheduled within an hour of giving her the business and she communicated all the particulars of pick-up and notified me along the way. The car was picked up the very next day with an estimated delivery of Thursday, March 15th. The driver called me a couple of times on Wednesday to confirm delivery, but then had truck trouble and had to stop in Charlotte, NC for some repairs, but he called me to tell me he'd be in early the next morning and he was true to his word. I had a car detailing company standing by to detail the car upon receipt and I was able to still keep the appointment due to the driver communicating well with me. Felicia followed up on everything as she promised to make this a great experience.

The driver was very courteous and very respectful especially since he delivered the car to my place of employment. While I don't buy cars often, I now would not hesitate to have another car shipped by Magic Car Auto Transport.

My advice is do some research both online and BBB, and negiotiate for the best price with a reputable broker like Felicia Bond at Magic Car Auto Transport. She was great!
