My car was picked up and delivered according to the quoted timeline. The driver was not able to come into DC, so I met him in Maryland. Felicia was available to answer many questions at the front end of the operation, and made herself available throughout the process.

It's great to hear from you :-) Yes Seth, when you called me you needed your vehicle to load within 5 days before your re location. You were in a time crunch. You placed your order with me on the 6th, I dispatched it on the 6th. You re located on Monday the 13th and needed your Honda loaded no later than Saturday.
