Horrible Experience

Picked up 5 days late by unreliable carrier. When the carrier did not delvier, they did not return our calls for assistance. After we contacted the police (thinking it may be stolen), they finally called us. We had to pick the car up at place 3 hours from the delivery point 22 days later. Additionally, money had to be expended to get the car (a one way rental and loss of time). We asked for reimbursement and they refused. Horrible experience with no customer service.
