Frustrating Experience

It took more than a month to ship my car. I kept on calling and every time different people were giving me different reasons for not being able to pick. I was highly disappointed at the way it was handled. I had booked it on 9th December and my car was picked up on Jan 9th. I had planned well in advance so that I don't have to shell out money for rental car, but I was wrong. In spite of keeping a margin of almost 3 weeks I couldn't get my car picked. I had to rent a car for 2 weeks out of my pocket. I don't mind if it gets delayed a bit but I should be given an idea well in advance so that I could have planned well. It was very frustrating experience for me. Moreover I was told at the time of pick up that I have to pay more. I picked this auto company reading the reviews but it was not at all a 5-star experience for me.
