Positive: Professional on the sales process. Positive: Good at explaining the process for a new shipper. Positive: Quicker delivery than I expected. Positive: Car arrived safe and sound. Positive: Pacific Auto Delivery driver was very courteous. Positive/Negative: Selected a 3 Star carrier though PAC performed well. Positive/Negative: Price was not the lowest quote I received, paid a little extra expecting higher quality service. I have no other reference, though was a bit dissapointed on the communication after the sale. Negative: Dropped the ball on communicating a delay in loading the vehicle. Inconvenience for Seller. Negative: When I asked about tracking capability I was told I would receive the drivers number. Then MCAT refused to provide it. Had to get it from Seller. MCAT did provide the dispatch number, but when I and the Seller tried that there was no answer or ability to leave a message. This is why I did not provide a high honesty score.
