Rep lied to me; completely useless in helping me get ETA for my car

Long story short, here are a couple problems I had with Casey at Magic Carpet.

(1) During the transit, I called Casey every other day to get ETA. Every time, he would supposedly call the carrier and respond back saying that the "weather/traffic" was delaying my car. Two weeks later (on the day my car was being delivered), I was so frustrated so I directly called the carrier. I asked WHY my car was taking 2 weeks to be delivered. The carrier said the carrier truck broke down right after my car was picked up, and my car missed the long distance truck to VA. Had Casey ACTUALLY contacted the carrier, Casey would have know it was NOT WEATHER/TRAFFIC that was the holdup, BUT RATHER the breakdown of the carrier. He pretty much told me whatever BS to get me off the phone.

(2) Additionally, my car waited in a yard in CA for a week before leaving for VA. I was never told about this UNTIL 2 weeks later. This is simple unprofessional.

(3)**TIPS for Future Customers**
- Don't deal with Casey. Maybe I was just unlucky.
- Magic Carpet as a broker is pretty much useless during the transit time. You are paying them for their contact to the actual carrier. Thus, CALL THE ACTUAL CARRIER for transit time.

- I contacted Magic Carpet regarding this issue, and have not heard back.
