I did a little research online to try and find a carrier to ship my car from michigan to oklahoma, needless to say i did find a company that guaranteed me that my car would be picked up on the date givien to me. but is was not!! i waited 3 weeks for this to happen American Auto transporters is not the company you want to deal with. Even tho my money was refunded back with no problem but the customer service was not accetable. so my son decides to do his own reach and found Magic Carpet Auto Transport. He went with the company bescause of the #1 ratings he said. We placed a call to Felicia on Monday morning placed the order and with her hard work and dedication she found us a carrier the very next day!! Yes within 24 hours my sons car was being picked up and will be delivered to him in Oklahoma in two days!!! I;m super excited about the propmt service that i recieved from Magic Carpet Auto Transport, I can't thank you enough for your excellent service!! YOU ROCK FELICIA!! I will be referring your company to anyone that's looking for a professional comapny to handle there transporting needs. I will most definitely use Magic Carpet again!! Keep up the good work, Job well done!! It was a pleasure working with you Felicia!!!

I really enjoyed working with you and your son Brandon for his vehicles transport. Your reservation was placed with me on the 30th of January. Your vehicle was dispatched to our driver in the am on 31st. I went over the dispatch and confirmed the estimated loading time for 3-5pm that evening.
