I want to thank Sheila Paquette for helping me with the transportation of my 2006 Z06 Corvette. She was very helpful and even gave me her personal cell number if I needed to contact her. I feel Sheila and Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a great company to use for shipping your vehicle. I did have alot of problems with the actual carrier and the delviery of my vehicle but that in no way has an impact or ereflects the professionalism and customer service provided by Sheila and Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I am still working with Sheila to resolve the problems I had with the driver and carrier and hope we will be able to resolve the issues and get reimbursed for my out of pocket expense. Now looking back I wish I would have spent the extra money and gone with an enclosed trailer. That way my vehicle would have arrived not only cleaner, but also would not have been loaded and unloaded so many times during transit. Maybe the driver too might have taken more care unloading my car and not have destroyed a $535 dollar tire. My experience may not be the norm, so I don't hold Magic Carpet Auto Transport responsible for any of the issues in tranporting my car. I would highly recommend them and again thank Sheila for all her help and for being willing to go the extra mile to take care of me.
