I cannot say enough good things about Magic Carpet as a whole and Sue Garrison in particular. I called Magic Carpet after a disastrous first attempt with a different company. Because of the time wasted with the first company, I was down to a very tight timeline to get my vehicle across the country from Connecticut to California. In a matter of minutes Sue had me all set up and my vehicle was picked up THE VERY NEXT DAY. After days of missed pickups with the OTHER company, days wasted waiting for a truck that never showed, it was a huge relief to have the driver show up right on time. I want to stress that I called Sue on a Thursday, the truck was picked up the next day and arrive in LA on time, in perfect condition. Sue was in contact with me throughout the process, and always reachable when I had questions. While I paid more with Magic Carpet than I had been quoted at the other company, I was more than happy to spend the extra money to get my car there safely and on time. Bottom line, I will without a doubt use Magic Carpet any and every time I need to ship a vehicle, and will tell anyone who will listen they should do the same - and make sure to ask for Sue!

Hi Sawyer, I so appreciate the raving review. It helps very much that I work for a company that allows me to be honest and upfront as I too well know how many shady sales pitches there are in this industry with some other companies.
