Good customer service and prompt delivery

My friend used their service to ship her car to Chicago and recommended that I use them. I was in contact with Susan Garrison who was super helpful throughout the entire process. She was prompt in answering my emails and phone calls. The only thing that I didn't like was that I was a little bit confused about when my car would be picked up and what time, and wanted more confirmation in advance so that I could be home when the carrier arrived. When the carrier came to pick up my car, he was super friendly and helpful. When I received news that my car was going to be arriving in Atlanta the next day, the woman on the phone was also very helpful in accommodating the drop-off because of my work schedule. My car was not damaged, and appeared pretty clean. The inside of my car did have some leaves/debris and I was a bit confused about how that might've happened. Overall, I would use them again. Their pricing was competitive.

Hi Christina, Thanks for the compliments. I'm glad you were overall happy with the service. Once a carrier has been dispatched, we do not have constant communication with them. Their job is to call you and give you a window of time, and it sounds like they did that. We call on the pickup date and the delivery date to ensure the transport was successful, and of course are there for you if any issues arise in between.
