First, the quote started at $850 and then the night before the car was to be picked up I was called and told they could not find anyone to take the car for that price. They would have to search for someone or see how much extra it would cost me and get back to me. I was called back days later and told that the price would jump to over $1300. That is almost a $500 jump. The price I was told to ship the car was not even close to what they really wanted. I was told that is how the business runs. In conclusion, Felica was very nice but kept me in the dark on the process from the start. I would have liked to know that they bid on a price to drivers and it may or may not get picked up. I assumed that when you get a price that is an agreement. That is not the case here. I understand that things happen but an 80% jump in price is no quote. I also did not like that I was called the night before that there was a problem. The seller of the car and I where making plans and to have this drop on us at the last min I did not like. Lastly, once I paid the 80% jump in price things did go fine. The driver was great and the car arrived well but dirty as expected. The car battery was dead but the driver helped make sure I got the car going before he left. All in all I did not like the experience but I am glad to hav ethe car.

FELICIA BOND @602-354-2851, 360-210-4892. Hello Mark, your order was placed on Dec 6th with an ASAP availability date. You called me on the 7th because the title was lost and asked me to push the transport further along to the 16th. I kept in contact with you communicating we were looking for a driver and explained because the loading was in Minnesota in the middle of winter AND around the holiday's the pricing changed due to weather and the carrier's available for the transport. I provided the best available rate with soonest availability date AND you agreed to the cost difference. AND I gave you the option to cancel. I worked with you from the 7-19. The vehicle was dispatched on the 19th, loaded on the 21st, and dropped on the 27th. I disagree that you were kept in the dark as I held you hand...clear through delivery.
