Having no previous knowledge of the process of transporting a car, we had to be educated on the entire procedure from start to finish. Sue was very knowledgeable and helpful, and took all the time necessary to answer our questions (and we had a LOT of questions!). We had a very specific time frame that we were working with, and Sue was able to find a carrier that met our requirements. We have an antique sports car and timing was essential because we wanted to be present to accept delivery of the car, complicated by the fact that we were travelling at the same time the car was. Sue got the job done and had followed up both when the car was picked up and delivered. She was helpful and professional every time we spoke.
If we ever need to transport a car again, we would not hesitate to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport and our rep, Sue Garrison.
