Felt very misled, never notified when car was picked up or dropped off

Shelia was helpful the first time I called and requested a quote - but when it came to asking questions about the quote itself she would not return my phone calls or emails to close the sale. After numerous calls I was able to get a hold of her and I placed the order. This is where the real problems began. I wanted the option where the price started at $769 and shippers would either accept or deny this opening bid. Talking with Shelia on the phone she gave the strong impression that I would be able to accept or deny this bid as well - as I did not want to go with the full $950 price point. Almost two weeks went by and I was actually going to call Sheila to find out what was going on when my parents in Missouri called to tell me the Renault I had shipped is in their front yard. (they recieved a phone call an hour before it came - thank god they were home) I NEVER once recieved any communication that the car was picked up, in transit, or anything!!! Also, I was charged the full $950 - which gives me the impression that the option I signed up for was completely IGNORED!!! I would have went with another company in the first place if this was the case. I called Sheila and she told me that it's normal not to recieve any communication about the "bidding" and that I should have recieved something regarding it being picked up - but when I asked her to resend this communication she wouldn't. She was very rude, which made me extremely angry - she had the attitude of we have your money, too late. Poor, poor, customer service - I am very disappointed. I went to this company intially from a referral from a friend who just used them - and I really wish I had a different representative, because her experience and mine were night and day. I left a voicemail for Shelia's manager - and weeks later no return phone call. What a joke that I recieve this survey - and not hear from the manager.

Worst experience!!!!

We started you out on our price matching policy and not only were the details of this given to you verbally but you were also directed to read them on our website. (Price Match Policy, Our company will match any price by a 4 or 5 star rated Company on Transport Reviews. The matched price is only valid for up to 5 days. If a carrier cannot be dispatched within the 5 days the price will go up to the original estimated price. If the order is canceled a $75 cancellation fee will be applied.) Your price went up to your original price but not without many attempts to communicate with you as well as our system sending you out notifications along the way to the email you provided. I am actually hurt you would be less than honest in what you say I said and how I said it. My customer service is EVERYTHING to me and my many many reviews before this one you from you is testiment to that. As for my management not returning your call? There is no voicemail from you or your husband. I infact let my management know that you said he would be calling. Our goal is to educate and communicate with our customers and in an effort to truly provide the very best of service I even provide my customers with my personal cell for off hours communication should there be a need. I am very happy you did however receive your vehicle in a timely manner and undamaged. ~Sheila~
