Sue is excellent a customer service. She answered all our questions and would respond to our phone calls quickly. We are very impressed with her level of customer service and she is very good at followup. We had to postpone the pickup and delivery of the car by two weeks since the recipient of the car could not take delivery and Sue cancelled the first pickup and asked us to call back whenever we were ready. It was a very good experience working with Sue Garrison.
