Having never had the experience of using an auto transport company before, I was wary and a bit anxious. I also have never known of anyone who has used a company like this, and so I was really on my own in choosing one.

After doing my homework on the various companies available, I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I saw more positive reviews for them than for any other company, and so this factored in greatly to my decision to go with them. In the end, I most certainly was not disappointed.

Michelle Henriksbo was my primary contact person with Magic Carpet. As the date of the pickup of my car wound up being very close to the Thanksgiving holiday, she had to do quite a bit of work in getting a driver and a truck secured for the pickup of my car. I was very pleased with her work and was grateful and relieved when she found a driver and a truck for me at a time when that seemed to be quite a challenge.

The truck driver was phenomenal. He was easy-going, down to earth, conscientious, and a most responsible and careful driver. My car was delivered to me as promised on December 5, and the driver called me the day before to let me know that he was on schedule and the approximate time that he would arrive with the car. The car was delivered to me safely and in perfect condition.

All in all, this was a very satisfying and positive experience for me. I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet and Michelle to anyone in need of auto transport services.
