There can't be a better experience in this industry than dealing with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Their (my) agent Brandon was as courteous, open, and helpful as could be from the first minute we spoke, including giving me regular calls to update me on the progress of my shipment and to ensure the delivery went OK. He explained the process thoroughly, giving me the information I needed to make choices on how I wanted my car shipped, including :
how to inspect and prepare the car before shipment ;
preferred places to deliver my car to the movers contracted to transport it ;
what items I could and could not pack in it, ( and why some were acceptable and others not ) ;
delivery date and place options- different places I could pick it up, including any additional time and costs each option might include
And then when my move date was suddenly moved up, he managed to find a carrier that could pick up my car in less than 2 days, with no extra fees.
I don't know that he can do that every time, but I couldn't ask for more
