I provided a 5 day window in which the car could be picked up. Car was picked up on third day of the window. Transporter was very careful loading car onto truck. The car was delivered to my house about 6 days later in the same condition in which it was loaded. Transporter displayed the same care in unloading the car as when it was loaded.

Key to a "stress free" transport is communication, knowing when the car will be picked up and when it will be droppped off. Brandon let us know when to expect the pick up and provided and alternate number so we could get a more accurate pick-p time.

One lesson learned...we left the E-Z pass in the car. the car was riding on top of the carrier, so whenever the truck went through an automatic toll detection system, the truck paid and so did our car. Only way E-Z pass would remedy the double bill is if I knew the carrier E-Z pass ID.
