I must admit, I was very nervous about shipping my car across the country. The whole idea of putting your vehicle into the hands of some stranger is a bit daunting. That being said, Felicia did a great job with helping get all the details worked out and getting my car from Arkansas to Oregon. One, helpful bit of advice I would give others is: patience. After first contacting the company to see if transporting your car is possible and getting your quote, don't expect them to arrive the next day. They won't even get back to you for a day or two to let you know that they've made arrangements with a driver. And then, it might be a few more days before the driver actually shows up to load the car. So, PATIENCE. ;-)
