My dealings with Magic Car were very positive. Shaylean was easy to get in touch with and kept us as informed as she could throughout the process of our shipment. However, our dealings with Hunsky Trucking were very dissappointing. The driver of the truck was incredibly rude and, although there were extenuating circumstances due to a natural disaster, he put his child in danger by driving our personal vehicle with her in the front seat without a car seat. When I confronted him about the danger and how unacceptable that choice was to me, he grew defensive and offered no apology for his behavior. In addition, our car was covered in grease which does not come off and will need to be detailed in order to restore it to the condition it was when we sent it away in Massachusetts. Once again, Magic Car was a pleasure to deal with and their customer service was and still is excellent, but Hunsky Trucking leaves much to be desired.
