I was sorely disappointed with the performance of this company. I expected better based on reviews. The transport took much longer than I was told (9 days, versus the 3-5 I was told to expect) and I had to initiate every call during the process to find out the status and to get information. That's fine if things are running timely, but when it is outside of the expected time, I expect the transport company to give some assistance and information. They have much more stroke with the driver than do I. I found Kathy's responses to my complaints inadequate and unhelpful.

The car did have damage to it's undercarriage and significant repairs had to be made after it arrived. The car repair company could not say with certainty whether the damage occurred as a result of transport, so I won't claim that it was damaged in transit. But the timing (it was discovered a few weeks after arrival during an inspection - and it had been inspected immediately prior to leaving Texas) and the difficulties that we had with the driver make lead me to think that it is likely.

Note: I checked that the pickup was "on time" because it was only a few hours outside of the window given (which had been the afternoon of Day 1 or the morning of Day 2). But the driver was running late enough that it was not going to be picked on Day 2 at all (a fact that I discovered only after reaching the driver) so another driver was sent to pick up the car and then it was later picked up by my driver.
