I'm pleased overall with this transport. I'm particularly happy that my vehicle arrived almost a week earlier than expected and with no damage albeit a bit dirty (but what's to be expected when it travels in an open container as far as it did). Sheila was very friendly and helpful when I was consulting with her on the phone. Unfortunately, she was at times difficult to reach by phone, and there was a disturbing mishap with a toll free number she provided me that was incorrect. She apologized for the mishap and the situation has been corrected. I would be willing to use Magic Carpet again as I am pleased with the overall service. Thank you!
