Horrible company

I had a terrible experience with this company. They quoted me 1170. and took forever to deliver the car. When the transport finally happened, they over charged me and never told me. They took $1100. cash from me and then charged by credit card $220. without authorization. I have called them many, many times and still have not been given back my money. I have had to go to my bank and charge them with fraud for the unauthorized charge. I have the original receipt with the booking receipt of $1170. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Jennifer first I apologize there was not a driver to make this move for the original estimate however when you and your father were informed that the cost will most likely increase because of TOLL BRIDGES I was told to keep looking and that led to a driver that only could make the door to door transport run, going over toll bridges and going very rural ( to load in VERMONT state). Your father, and yourself Jen have been contacts for your shipping request. After 10 days of your shipment being booked and us asking drivers for your load to be picked up I told your father over the phone that driver are finding that there will be over a hundred dollars in potential toll charges to add to a normal cost. I could not get a hold of you so I left message. Neither you or your father has returned most of my calls. Jim would call quite a bit and leave a message and I would call back and leave a message for him. PHONE TAG. Additionally when you Jennifer have been out of town or unable to reach it has been difficult to relay messages about options in the network drivers we have. Once I found a driver that would go through toll bridges to get your Jeep loaded in the middle of Vermont and do the route with ONE truck ONE driver door to door service I left messages with your father for three days. I never heard back and therefore the next day that the driver could indeed go do the pick up. ( Not a well traveled route) in contact with out office since we booked this with you for a driver to load. This is the first I have heard that you were going to dispute any charges that were ran by you before it was loaded. You Jennifer have not called me direct ( or left a message you have called me ) and you also could have called me to MY cell phone which was available to you when you booked the order. I have had 5 bad reviews in the last 2.5 years from other clients and I'm sorry we could not completely satisfy you in your experience with us or exceed your expectations, I do feel bad for your negative feelings about your transport. However for those of you who are potential future clients with me and MAGIC CARPET you Just cant make them all Happy and if your vehicle pick up address is VERY RURAL "" middle of nowhere" usually drivers do not make it through there very often and expect the cost to go up however-we take no deposits upfront, so there is nothing to refund you.
