The only concern I had, was I did not get any email documentation on the quote or proposed shipping time at all. I called and requested a quote be emailed to me. They said they would email one to me. I never did get one. I was given a quote number and info over the phone and that was it. The only email I received was after the vehicle was delivered. Just having word of mouth over the phone did not make me feel very comfortable. They did call and ask about the driver contacting me for a pickup time.
The intial price I was quoted was later increased by another $100. They said the driver had requested it, and I had a choice of paying it or waiting for another driver. They said they had used this driver before and he was very reliable, so it wasn't a problem. The driver showed up at 0200 in the AM. He did call around 10:00 PM to make sure that it was okay to come at that time. Luckily, I am a night owl. He did not drive the truck to my house. Which was fine. We stay at the top of a real curvy hilly area. He parked at the front of the subdivsion and asked if I would drive the car to the transport truck or if he could do it. I allowed him to do it.
Delivery went without a hitch. My son said the driver called first, and showed up a little earlier than when he said he would be there. There was no damage to the vehicle. This was the second time this vehicle has been shipped. I still say shipping beats driving it there, so I would definitely do it again.
