I believe Brandon's intent was to provide the best customer service, and I will credit him for that. However, the communication was not smooth enough that I would definitely explore other brokers before deciding to use them again.

The Good:
Brandon did continue to keep in touch with me in terms of delivery dates. The delivery dates changed a number of times, but Brandon was good about keeping me updated. I'm assuming the multiple date changes had more to do with the driver and not the broker.

The Bad:
1. Brandon communicated that cash would be accepted, but it was not. While he did acknowledge that this was quite unusual, Magic Auto Carpet did not provide any compensation for the erroneous information and the additional work it required for me to deal with this. I understand that he was not aware, but I think as a broker they should at least admit responsibility for these issues because it is their responsibility to communicate with the driver an be clear about all details of the move.

2. It was never communicated to me that I was required to write this survey to get my $30 rebate. Again, not that big of a deal, but if it's not a big deal, they should intentionally not mention this part when explaining how the rebate works. Stuff like this takes time, and I was basically told that I just pick up my rebate.

Overall, the car went from Point A to Point B, so I am satisfied. I cannot give a 5 star review as moving the car should be expected as the basic, average level of any moving service. A 5 star review would entail the highest of customer service so that I would have all information and would be treated at the cost of the broker if additional work is place onto the customer.
