1. Even though a broker is perfectly kind and accurate on what he does, eventually it is the driver who makes you sweat. I got a call from the designated driver 2 days earlier proir to the earliest pick up day(broker gives days of range) and to give me 2-3 hours to prepare my car. I was afraid if I said no, my car would not be picked up at all or days later than the day it was supposed to be picked up. It was Sunday evening when tranportation company closes and the broker is off work. I called and left a message to the broker and decided to let the driver know it was not possible. My broker returned my call although it was Sunday(nice of him). It seemed that the driver attempted to shorten his trip collecting cars to transport. I was located between his previous pick up location and next pick up, which was just before mine. So...my advice: don't be afraid to say no to an unexpected request from driver. You have a broker.
2. It is door to door but the carrier is a huge truck and it can be parked only in places with large parking lot like mega supermarket. So you need to drive your car to those shopping center near your place. Getting your car is the same way. You either pick up your car somewhere they can park the carrier or they will drive your car to your door, meaning using your milage and gas.

Other than these two, I think I had pretty happy with experience with this.
