I contacted Magic Carpet after doing much research on transport services. Magic Carpet had a competitive rate of $789 for transporting our Jeep from Houston to Colorado Springs. I was fortunate in connecting with Sue Garrison when I made the first call. Sue did a spectacular job of explaining the process to me...not only MC's but how the industry works overall as well. She even cautioned me on what to watch out for with transport services in general. I was very pleased to get a call back from her less than ten minutes after placing the order to tell me that a carrier immediately picked up my order. But Sue didn't stop there. She sent me an email with complete information on the pricing we agreed to and the carrier name and phone numbers. Over the phone, she gave me even more information about when and how it's best to call the carrier to confirm pickup and delivery. Sue called at every step of the way to make sure that I had either talked to the carrier, had the car picked up satisfactorily, and had it delivered in good order and on time. From initial call to delivery of the car to Colorado Springs was only 4 days!!! I will definitely use Magic Carpet again if I'm in need of transport services. Without a doubt, I will want to work with Sue! She's a gem!
